Under a Clear Night Sky
A solitary meditation on stillness, starry heavens, and faith
Abstract
Official Publication SummaryWritten during a quiet winter night under the stars, this poem reflects on silence, prayer, and the peace that comes when the noise of the world subsides.
Under a Clear Night Sky
Beneath the starry dome of winter cold, The silent hills a deeper secret hold. When earthly voices fade into the dark, The soul beholds an everlasting spark.
Far from the crowded streets and hurried days, The heavens shine with wonder and with praise. In quiet rest my heart is still and free, A gentle peace that watches over me.
"Beneath the starry dome of winter cold, The silent hills a deeper secret hold. When earthly voices fade into the dark, The soul beholds an everlasting spark."
Silence and Faith
In the stillness of the mountain night, prayer ceases to be a list of requests and becomes an encounter with wonder, silence, and grace.
